The Hannibal Inn and Conference Center is proud to announce it is reopen for business. Under new ownership and committed to making significant improvements, spring 2008 has brought the rebirth of Hannibal’s historic hotel. More changes will continue to come to fruit in the oncoming months as the restaurant and lounge will open soon restoring the property’s status as Hannibal’s largest and only full-service hotel. We look forward to reforming our relationships with our loyal patrons and reinstituting our traditional events while building bonds with new clients. 

The Hannibal Inn and Conference Center is conveniently located just 3 miles from historic downtown Hannibal on the south side of town coming from St. Louis on U.S. Highway 61. It is an ideal spot for travelers to stop and stay while exploring the numerous attractions in Hannibal’s historic district surrounding Mark Twain’s boyhood home, or if you are just passing through town.

We're famous for our Fundome, which provides an ideal setting for our friendly, family atmosphere. The iconic cloverleaf pool is the jewel of the hotel which attracts many visitors, and it now has a fresh, new look after an extensive remodeling effort. It has served as a charming attraction for "America’s Hometown" for many years and remains the largest pool in the area. Poolside amenities include a whirlpool, ping pong, pool tables, foosball, arcade games, an exercise room and a poolside bar. We offer an unmatched array of amenities out of all of Hannibal's hotels.

We have 242 rooms available with accommodations ranging from rooms with a single queen-sized bed, two queen-sized beds, rooms with a king-sized bed and sofa sleeper to executive suites. Most of our rooms are or will soon be remodeled. Our convention center contains over 10,000 square feet of banquet and meeting space.
